Hiking Safety

Safety is always our priority, your experienced guide will determine which trail is suitable for the weather, trail conditions, and guest ability.

Guides have the right to ask you to stop and wait for the group to return or turn around if the hike is too strenuous for you

This is a moderate, approximately 4-to-5-mile hike with elevation changes. People often underestimate our altitude, and overestimate their abilities. If you think this may be too strenuous for your abilities, please see our Rocky Mountain National Park Summer/Fall or Winter/Spring active sightseeing tour instead.

Dress in Layers

Weather can and does change quickly in the mountains please dress appropriately, we recommend layers year-round.

Do I need to purchase a park pass or make a reservation for Rocky Mountain National Park?

National Park admission is included with this tour, no reservations for the park needed, just your ticket with us

What’s for lunch? Do you offer alternatives for dietary restrictions and allergies?

Picnic lunch is included with your reservation and include your choice of sandwich, a piece of fruit and a cookie. Sandwich choices include, turkey, roast beef, ham, tuna salad, veggie. Gluten free, vegan, and peanut free options available as well.
