What should I wear?

The weather in Colorado is very unpredictable and we often experience multiple seasons in a day. Dressing in layers is always the best advice year round.  Be aware, the weather in the mountains is significantly cooler than in Denver. Don’t forget comfortable walking shoes!

Is gratuity included?

No, gratuity is not included but is expected if you enjoy your experience. Our guides work hard to make sure everyone has an enjoyable, and safe experience so please show them some love and tip them well.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our tours are fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to tour departure.

Should I be concerned about high altitude?

The majority of guests handle the tours without a problem. If you are concerned about altitude, please consult with your physician before travel.

Drink lots of water before you travel and while you are here.

We recommend spending a day in Denver before taking a tour that goes above 10,000 ft., especially our Pikes Peak and Mount Blue Sky tours which go to 14,000ft.

What are active sightseeing tours?

Active sightseeing tours means we make frequent stops, explore, and connect with the places we visit. We don’t just drive past.
All walks on our sightseeing tours are relatively level, 1 mile or less, and optional.

Why book directly through our website rather than a booking agent like Viator, Trip Advisor, Expedia?

As a small local business if you book directly through our website all of your ticket costs go to us the small business providing your tour and it will save you money as well.

These large international booking agents take 30% of our profits in fees, so prices are typically higher on those sites to make up for some of these fees.

We provide excellent customer service and are always available by phone or email if you ever have any questions or need to make changes.
